AVTRMed Presents Its Vision for Agentic Clinic Assistants at the 2026 Eyecare Innovation Summit
COO Brian Regan presented AVTRMed’s AI orchestration platform to eye care executives in Boulder. Full presentation available
Dakota Dunes, SD — October 23, 2026 — AVTRMed, a developer of AI clinic assistants built for eye care, has published the Innovator Presentation it delivered at the 8th Annual Eyecare Innovation Summit, held September 28–30 in Boulder, Colorado.
As previously announced, AVTRMed was one of six companies invited to present at the invitation-only Summit. The event brought together about 75 executives, founders and advisors from more than 60 companies across the eye care industry. Chief Operating Officer Brian Regan delivered the presentation on behalf of the company.
“The Summit gave us a room full of people who understand what practices face every day,” said Brian Regan, AVTRMed COO. “We’re not trying to add another tool to the pile. We want to give practices one platform that takes administrative work off their teams, so they can spend that time with patients.”
The presentation, Transforming Eye Care with Agentic Clinic Assistants, covers how AVTRMed’s platform shifts administrative work away from clinic staff so more time goes to patient care. It covers:
- The administrative burden on practices: staff turnover, heavy documentation loads and rising burnout among providers and clinic teams.
- The AVTRMed platform: multi-agent AI assistants built on an advanced knowledge layer. One secure platform runs AVTRMed applications alongside compatible third-party AI tools.
- What’s live and what’s next: the Voice Assistant has been in live testing since February 2025, handling appointment confirmations and general inquiries. Patient liaison and patient education modules are deploying in Q4 2026. The roadmap then expands into insurance, scribing, staff training and clinical support.
- An eye-care-first approach: workflows built specifically for medical optometry and surgical ophthalmology, implemented under practitioner leadership.
