We’re thrilled to announce that AVTRMed has secured beta partnerships with Dunes Eye Consultants and North Carolina Eye Associates to pilot our AI-powered clinic assistant platform.

These strategic collaborations represent more than technology validation – they provide invaluable real-world insights as we refine our platform alongside forward-thinking practices committed to operational excellence and enhanced patient care.

Early performance metrics from these deployments have exceeded expectations, with both practices reporting measurable improvements in front desk efficiency, appointment scheduling accuracy and patient callback management.

Equally significant, patient feedback has been exceptionally positive, with users noting the system’s responsiveness, natural communication style and ability to handle complex requests without friction. These early indicators validate our core thesis: that AI can meaningfully improve practice operations while enhancing rather than diminishing the patient experience.

The beta deployments are helping us refine critical aspects of our platform including integration with existing practice management systems, handling of edge cases in appointment scheduling and optimization of conversational flows for different patient demographics. This real-world testing across diverse practice environments—from Dunes Eye’s high-volume vision medical focus to North Carolina Eye’s comprehensive ophthalmology model – ensures our solution performs reliably across the varied operational realities of modern eyecare practices.

With multiple additional partnership agreements currently in negotiation, we’re building momentum toward transforming how eyecare practices optimize their workflows and elevate the patient experience. Each new partnership strengthens our understanding of market needs and accelerates our path from pilot validation to scaled commercial deployment.
